This is a full-time position in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound service calls Schedule service appointments efficiently Follow up with customers regarding service needs Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint Maintain accurate customer records in the system Work closely with the service department to ensure a smooth workflow

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive BDC, service, or call center role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude Proficient with computers and phone systems
