Automotive Service Advisor - Boardwalk Honda

Overview Boardwalk Honda is part of Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required. CDK/ADP experience a plus Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication skills Basic computer skills Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience Ability to achieve targeted goals High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a Valid Driver's License Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
