Automotive Service Porter (Mercedes-Benz)

Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City is hiring a full-time Service Porter for our dealership! Company paid Dental, Vision, Short-term and Life Insurance coverage for our full-time employees! Employee Assistance Program (EAP) network available for our full-time employees and their dependents.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PORTER

(include but are not limited to): Meet and greet service customers Pickup and deliver customer cars for service work Park and retrieve customer vehicles Maintain the organization of vehicles Responsible for fueling loaner vehicles Aware of dealership lot traffic flow Follow company safety procedures and policies Responsible for other service department duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE SERVICE PORTER ROLE

Self-motivated Team player Dependability Customer service skills Service excellence attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate an automobile safely Ability to safely maneuver a vehicle in tight and small spaces A valid State Driver's License is required for employment.
