• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures
• Answer phone calls and make service appointments and take payments at service desk
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times ```Qualifications```
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with phone systems and professional telephone etiquette
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
