This is not a basic car wash position. You'll perform professional interior and exterior detailing services on everything from daily drivers to luxury and exotic vehicles, with real opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and want to build something long-term, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Interior detailing (vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, steam cleaning) Exterior detailing (hand washing, wheel cleaning, clay bar treatment, paint protection application) Working at client locations throughout North & Central New Jersey Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional mobile setup Delivering high-level customer service and professionalism at every appointment Assisting with premium detailing services as needed Requirements Minimum 6 months of professional detailing experience required Strong work ethic (hands-on physical work) High attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company Preferred Skills (Not Required) Ceramic coating application experience Window tinting experience Paint correction / polishing experience Experience working with luxury or exotic vehicles We're building a team of professionals who care about quality, consistency, and growth.
