Automotive B Level Mechanic

AUTOMOTIVE B LEVEL MECHANIC WANTED

(FREEHOLD, NJ) Looking for a full-time automotive mechanic to work at a busy repair facility. Must be able to diagnose and repair foreign and domestic vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic tests to identify automotive problems accurately. Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to diagnose and repair complex issues. Interpret diagnostic results and develop effective repair plans. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations. Maintain accurate records of diagnostic tests and repairs performed. Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and diagnostic techniques.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years' work experience as an Automotive Mechanic. ASE certification or equivalent preferred. Proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician. Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have their own tools.
