Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles run smoothly and safely. This energetic position involves performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and belt checks Assist with wheel alignments and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance procedures safely and effectively Communicate clearly with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommended services Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Support the service team with additional maintenance tasks as needed to meet shop goals Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Basic mechanic skills with knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and vehicle maintenance procedures Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during service tasks Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive service field Join us if you're passionate about cars, eager to develop your mechanic expertise, and ready to deliver top-notch automotive care!
