Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with service needs. Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding vehicle repairs and services. Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
