WHAT YOU WILL DO

Greet customers and provide a top-tier service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs Prepare estimates and clearly explain services Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure efficiency Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships Maximize repair orders while maintaining trust and satisfaction

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred Strong sales and communication skills Ability to upsell services with confidence and integrity Experience with CDK is a plus Subaru experience is a strong bonus Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license

Pay Range :

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
