Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly to service advisors Assist with wheel alignments, tire replacements, and basic brake checks to ensure vehicle safety and performance Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks with precision Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Support the team with additional mechanical repairs or diagnostics as needed, gaining valuable experience in automotive diagnostics and repair processes Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally Experience Prior dealership experience or background working in an automotive repair shop is highly preferred Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, alignments, and tire service Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience using hand tools and power tools for repairs Service technician experience that demonstrates a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining efficiency during busy periods Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions and teamwork Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
