Your Day:
Provide outstanding customer service when on customer worksites to ensure they are receiving services completed to their standard. Operate a company service truck and drive to various locations to service, pump and refresh portable restrooms or deliver units to our clients in accordance with A Royal Flush (ARF) and DOT requirements. Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with ARF and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries. This can include sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shifts. Changing routes and customer needs, requiring flexibility and understanding. Providing routing feedback to Dispatch to ensure efficiency. Drive to, and maneuver around, various construction and park sites. Depending on delivery and service type, empty the truck at the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA). Complete required route paperwork and submit to the dispatcher at the end of the day. Demonstrate professional behavior, accountable work ethic, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
