Job Description
Sussex Honda is seeking a motivated and dependable Express Technician to join our service team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive repair, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery testing, and multi-point inspections. Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and vehicle safety systems. Conduct vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors and technicians. Install basic automotive components such as wiper blades, air filters, and light bulbs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures to ensure quality workmanship. Properly document services performed and recommendations for additional repairs. Assist senior technicians as needed. Qualifications Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. Technical school or automotive training is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
