Job Description
VIP Honda of North Plainfield is looking for a service advisor You will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service. Write up repair orders based on customers descriptions of vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues. Answer phones and schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner. Upselling needed services by emphasizing value and effectively communicate with customers to determine repair or maintenance that is required. Must be detail oriented and organized. Must be a Team player. Must have a valid driver's license. Preferred to have Reynolds and Reynolds Experience. 401k and healthcare paid time off
