Job Description
VIP Honda is seeking an experienced Honda Certified Technician (C-Tech) to join our growing service team. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair work on Honda vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend needed services Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation Follow Honda factory procedures and safety standards Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians Qualifications Honda C-Tech Certification required Previous Honda dealership experience required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Own tools required ASE Certifications a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Factory training opportunities Modern facility and equipment Consistent workflow and advancement opportunities
