Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain service procedures, estimates, and recommendations clearly and accurately Prepare and review repair orders, ensuring all customer requests are documented correctly Coordinate with technicians to facilitate timely and efficient vehicle repairs and maintenance Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles Upsell additional services and maintenance opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Ensure all service documentation complies with dealership and manufacturer standards Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Skills and Qualifications:
