AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused service) Greet customers and write repair orders accurately Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines Communicate effectively with customers and technicians Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED) ✔ Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus) ✔ Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance ✔ Strong communication & closing skills ✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ✔ Team player with a results-driven mindset

SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday

• Friday Rotating Saturdays (5-6 day work week)
