Who We're Looking For:

Produce billable labor on the vehicles brought into the Service Department for service or repair. Dispatch work to all group members in a fair equitable manner. Ensure technicians are properly trained and have breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs. Resolve customer request, questions, and concerns in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. Develop a production plan each month. Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Team Production/Productivity.
