A,B,C tech Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician - A and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle service and repair. In this role, you will leverage your mechanical expertise and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will help us uphold the highest standards of automotive service, providing our customers with reliable solutions and peace of mind. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive systems in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your skills truly make a difference. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other mechanical systems utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair techniques. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake inspections, wheel alignments, and tire rotations to ensure vehicle safety and longevity. Utilize ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology for calibration and troubleshooting to enhance vehicle safety features. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to efficiently diagnose complex problems across various vehicle makes, including GM vehicles. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating procedures, and communicate findings clearly to customers for transparent service experiences. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety standards and quality assurance protocols. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Extensive mechanical knowledge across powertrain systems, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, vehicle alignment, welding, and the use of schematics for troubleshooting. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, automotive electrical testing equipment, and diagnostic software. Demonstrated ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally. Valid mechanic certification or relevant ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred; dealership experience is highly valued.
