Duties Perform oil changes quickly and accurately using hand tools and power tools to ensure vehicles are maintained properly. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs such as tire wear, fluid levels, and brake conditions. Assist with tire service including mounting, balancing, and rotation to keep vehicles running smoothly. Support alignment procedures by preparing vehicles and assisting technicians during wheel alignment services. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommend additional services when appropriate. Assist senior technicians with automotive diagnostics and repairs as part of your ongoing training. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive repair and maintenance. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive service equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires or vehicle parts. Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients. Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, tire service, and general vehicle maintenance.
