• Done Right Customer pay shop (no warranty time pressure) Technicians averaging 70+ flagged hours per week 150-180+ hours of work carried over daily Consistent workflow — no fighting for hours Top performers consistently flag strong hours weekly If you can produce, you will have the opportunity to flag strong hours consistently.
