REQUIRED

Previous domestic dealership experience preferred Ford dealership experience is a plus Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and warranty processes Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with clean driving record Why Work at Chalmers Ford?
