What You'll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance services (PMs), including oil changes, filter replacement, fluid checks, and inspections. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on gas and diesel vehicles. Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and HVAC systems. Replace parts and components according to manufacturer specifications and shop standards. Perform light fabrication, welding, or modifications when needed. Use scan tools, diagnostic software, and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults. Accurately troubleshoot drivability issues, electrical problems, and intermittent concerns. Determine root causes of failures and recommend effective repair solutions. Escalate highly complex or unusual issues to senior technicians while assisting in diagnosis.
Qualifications Required:
3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience. Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles. Preferred A high school diploma or GED.
Current ASE Certification:
G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8
when required by leadership. Senior Automotive Tech What You'll Do Working independently or in a team environment. Performing advanced diagnostics. Clutch and transmission replacement. Identifying required parts and partner with our parts & procurement teams to acquire necessary parts, supplies and materials. Alerting team lead and/or management about difficult issues, patterns and trends. May upfit new vehicles with necessary equipment. May be required to perform OEM recalls.
Qualifications Required:
Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. 5+ years of automotive service and repair experience. The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
Preferred:
A high school diploma or
GED Current ASE Certifications:
A1-9, (L1 in emission states) when required by leadership.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $26.73

10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
