We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a strong commitment to providing quality service and satisfaction to those we serve. At Wayne's Automotive Center, the service advisor is the guide that leads the customer through an exceptional service experience. We are looking for a long term career minded individual that is interested in a great work environment at a well-respected and professional shop. Skills and experience we are looking for: Previous experience as automotive service advisor or equivalent role Dedication to our customers, team members and the companies that support us Translate customer-reported symptoms to actionable work orders for technicians Connect with customers and effectively communicate service recommendations from technicians. Strong vehicle knowledge with ability to translate technician notes into accurate quotes and parts ordering Ensure that repairs and services provided to customers meet company quality standards Be involved and contribute to new projects as we adapt to our changing environment Why Consider Wayne's Auto Center?
