Monday-Friday Pay Range:

$19-$22 per hour (based on experience) We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing Service Department! Prior customer service, call center, or automotive experience is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! What You'll Do Answer incoming service calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming reservations Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to customers regarding service reminders, follow-ups, and campaigns Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment availability and dealership services Assist the Service Department with appointment flow and daily scheduling needs Maintain accurate customer records and appointment notes in dealership systems Respond promptly to online inquiries and customer requests Help ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through vehicle arrival Coordinate with Service Advisors and management to support department goals Follow dealership processes, policies, and customer service standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service, BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred but not required Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, email, and dealership software systems Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn dealership systems and processes Schedule Monday through Friday Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Employee discounts Life insurance Referral program Career growth opportunities within the organization We offer a professional, supportive, and team-oriented work environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the McGovern Automotive Group.
