As a leader in the automotive repair industry, we are seeking a skilled and motivated B level Tech to join our team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues. Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair. Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection. Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts. Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain needed repairs and service options. Ensure that all work complies with safety and quality standards. Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Road test vehicles when required. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and services provided. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

A Current, Clean, Valid Driver's License Must be available to work Rotating Saturdays Have your own basic set of hand tools Must be able to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues AND, do it right the first time in accordance with factory and dealership standards. Service technician experience 3+ years NYS Inspection License is a plus! ASE Certification is a Plus!
