Job Summary Upstate Auto Group is currently looking for self-driven, experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing family. Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner and perform a vehicle walk around and thoroughly document customers concerns in a manner to allow for proper diagnose and service to the vehicle by our certified technicians Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks and respond to customer needs in a timely manner. Keep the customer informed of required service, costs and completion times Utilizing proper shop flow and technician dispatch Assessing customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards Valid driver's license Work diligently as a team player with a positive attitude Qualifications and Skills At least one year of experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant Strong understanding of computer Personal and professional integrity Above average energy level Proven track record of achieving exceptional
