Base- $45,000.00

What You'll Do:
Be the primary point of contact for customers- from check-in to delivery Present maintenance, repair, and diagnostic estimates with clarity and confidence Build trust-based relationships that turn customers into lifelong fans Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure accurate timelines and expectations Uphold Lou's standards for transparency, empathy, and excellence
What You Bring:
3+ years of automotive service advising & estimate writing experience Strong communication skills- verbal, written, and digital Comfort with shop software, tablets, and computers A growth mindset
