RV Service Advisor

Meyer's RV & Marine is searching for a Highly Motivated Individual to join our team! _

Essential Job Functions:

_ Responsible for scheduling customer RV service appointments Selling needed service repair and/or maintenance Greeting customers in a timely manner Writing up unit problems accurately and clearly on the repair order Inspecting the unit and recommending additional services as needed Advising customer on the value of maintaining the RV in accordance with manufacturer's specifications Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Reviewing repair orders to ensure that work is completed Ensuring any additional work along with customer authorization is documented Explaining completed repairs and/or maintenance items to the customer Must communicate effectively with the service technicians, parts department, warranty department and service manager. Any other duties assigned by management team.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

Previous RV product or camping lifestyle is helpful Ability to follow department procedures and policies Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed Able to work Saturday's as needed. Ability to work well individually and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to details Great Customer Service Skills.

$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
