Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

What You'll Do As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. Your ability to communicate recommendations, build confidence, and create a positive experience will directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earning potential.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and assisting with their service needs Writing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Providing updates throughout the repair process Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Delivering vehicles upon completion and reviewing completed work Building long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and follow-up skills Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction Whether you're currently advising at an independent shop or a franchised dealership, we're looking for someone who takes pride in helping customers and delivering results.
