Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Auto Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle makes and models, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and mechanical skills to keep vehicles running smoothly. This is a salary position, guaranteed to make the same pay every week... you no longer have to chase the hours. We will offer you stability and a steady, consistent pay check. Duties Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements Conduct advanced repairs including engine, transmission, powertrain, and diesel engine repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive electrical systems to complete repairs efficiently Perform wheel alignments and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations to ensure vehicle safety features function correctly Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes for accurate troubleshooting Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and ensure all work meets dealership or manufacturer standards Skills Extensive dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and service technician roles Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and electrical systems troubleshooting Solid mechanical knowledge of engines, transmissions, diesel engines, and powertrain components Experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment. Knowledge of ADAS calibration procedures and schematics interpretation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Familiarity with auto estimating software and dealership service processes Join our team to leverage your mechanic experience in a fast-paced environment that values technical expertise and dedication.
