- Full-time We are a car wash/ Auto Repair Center looking to hire an experienced mechanic (5 years+) to operate mechanic shop with a helper.
Compensation:
Base pay + commission + overtime Language requirement:English/Spanish Responsibilities/ Qualifications:
Perform vehicle diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, timelines, and pricing Recommend additional services when needed (filters, wiper blades, fluids, brakes, tires, and preventative maintenance ect) Oversee and assist a lube technician with oil changes, basic maintenance, and shop workflow Maintain a clean and organized work area Keep track of what inventory needs to be replaced Strong knowledge of engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and general maintenance Strong communication and customer service skillsPay:
