Position Overview This position performs repairs and preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and construction equipment during off-hours to ensure maximum daytime uptime.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, trailers, and equipment Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services Prioritize repairs based on operational needs Document work completed and parts used Maintain a clean, safe shop environment Communicate equipment readiness to operations team What Success Looks Like Equipment is ready and operational each morning Reduction in in-season breakdowns Repairs completed correctly and efficiently

Requirements:

Mechanical repair experience required Diesel, hydraulic, and fleet experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
