Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Wheel Alignment / Lube Technician, where your skills will drive vehicle performance and customer satisfaction! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential maintenance services, including wheel alignments, oil changes, tire rotations, and other vehicle servicing tasks. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop is safe, reliable, and operating at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct precise wheel alignments to improve vehicle handling, tire longevity, and safety. Perform routine oil changes and fluid top-offs using hand tools and power tools efficiently. Service tires through rotations, replacements, and repairs to ensure optimal traction and durability. Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, filter replacements, and light repairs. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain detailed records of all services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers. Support the team with heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics. Familiarity with mechanical tools, hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, and alignments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work comfortably in physically demanding environments. Service technician experience or similar roles in automotive settings is a plus.
