Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Mechanic, where your expertise will drive vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute to delivering top-tier automotive service, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer trust. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, steering, and electrical components. Conduct oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and mechanical adjustments while adhering to safety protocols. Service diesel engines, air brake systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and powertrain components with precision. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides to execute repairs efficiently. Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating documentation, and communicate repair findings clearly to customers. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong foundation in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. Expertise in working with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred; familiarity with auto body repair is a plus. Skilled in using automotive hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, suspension systems, alignment procedures, tire service, shocks & struts replacement. Ability to perform diesel engine repairs and service air brake systems confidently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and provide excellent support.
