Automotive Cashier | Service Receptionist | Customer Service Representative Grand Prix Subaru•VIP Automotive Group Grand Prix Subaru is hiring an experienced Automotive Cashier / Service & Parts Clerk / Billing Clerk / Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive dealerships, cashiering, billing, or administrative support . 💼 Key Responsibilities Process cash, credit card, and check payments Reconcile repair orders, invoices, and daily transactions Maintain accurate service and parts documentation Close out open invoices and ensure accuracy Provide professional customer service and issue resolution Assist with phone coverage and internal coordination Support administrative functions for service & parts departments 🕒 Schedule Requirements 5-Day Work Week (Must Be Flexible): Monday•

Thursday:

7:30 AM•7:00

PM Friday:

7:30 AM•6:00

PM Saturday:
