Sign-on Bonus for Qualified Candidates … $10,000 BMW A Technician minimum 3-year BMW Experience & ASE Certificate $6,000 Non-BMW Certified A Technician with ASE Certificate $4,000 B Technician $2,000 C TechnicianBMW experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Non BMW techs subject to Sign on Bonus based on skill level.
