Vehicle Technician

Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations. Diagnose issues with powertrain systems and other mechanical components. Conduct alignment services to ensure proper vehicle handling and performance. Repair or replace damaged parts using welding techniques when necessary. Provide thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they become serious issues. Maintain accurate records of all services performed on each vehicle. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Proficiency in diesel engine repair is a plus. Experience working specifically with GM vehicles is highly desirable. Ability to align vehicles accurately to manufacturer specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing vehicle issues. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
