This role is responsible for building relationships, identifying customer needs, recommending maintenance and repair services, and ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle write-up through delivery. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and are passionate about customer satisfaction, sales performance, and long-term customer retention. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Relationship Management Greet customers promptly and professionally Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high CSI scores Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally Maintain consistent customer follow-up throughout the service process Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively Service Sales & Revenue Growth Inspect customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services Upsell manufacturer-recommended maintenance and additional services Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates Explain parts, labor, and repair timelines to customers Maximize customer-pay opportunities while maintaining trust and transparency Service Department Operations Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and management Monitor repair progress and provide customer updates Ensure repair orders are properly documented and completed Maintain accurate records and customer information Support departmental goals for productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required βœ” Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience βœ” Automotive Dealership Experience Preferred βœ” Proven Track Record of Customer Satisfaction and Sales Performance βœ” Strong Communication and Relationship-Building Skills βœ” Excellent Closing and Negotiation Abilities βœ” Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment βœ” Professional Appearance and Positive Attitude βœ” Valid Driver's License Preferred βœ” Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, or Similar DMS Systems βœ” Manufacturer Franchise Experience βœ” Strong CSI Performance History βœ” Bilingual Candidates Encouraged to Apply Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals who possess: βœ… Excellent Customer Service Skills βœ… Strong Sales and Upselling Ability βœ… Outstanding Follow-Up Skills βœ… High Energy and Self-Motivation βœ… Strong Organizational Skills βœ… Attention to Detail βœ… Ability to Work as Part of a Team βœ… Desire to Exceed Performance Goals βœ… Commitment to Customer Satisfaction Schedule Full-Time Monday - Saturdays 1 day during the week Compensation $150,000+ Annually Compensation includes: Base Salary Commission Opportunities Performance Bonuses Top performers have the opportunity to exceed compensation expectations based on performance and production.
