We operate an extensive fleet of trucks and heavy equipment across multiple states, delivering reliable, high-performance service at scale. We are committed to exceeding client expectations while building a strong, team-oriented culture where employees can grow and succeed The Opportunity We are offering a key role as a Mechanic operating out of our Maspeth/Woodside location, NY. Mechanics are responsible for maintaining and repairing the company's full fleet of trucks, heavy equipment, and small‑engine equipment within an assigned region or division. This role requires broad mechanical repair experience, strong diagnostic ability, and versatility across fabrication, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and component repair. On-site inspections will be a critical part of this position, especially during snow events. Executive have Core Values they live by and as such, fully believe that all employees own safety. Qualifications, Trade Skill Requirements & Experience § Minimum 3 years of professional mechanical repair experience (small engine, fleet, diesel, or industrial equipment) § Fully understands 5S and implements on a daily basis § Broad experience in Mechanical repair Mechanics must be fluent in spoken and written English due to the technical nature of repair documentation, safety requirements, and equipment manuals. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferable Performs scheduled and unscheduled repairs safely, professionally, and accurately Working knowledge and use of applications

Follows all company safety policies and procedures without exception Operates and tests equipment and machinery related to fleet and equipment maintenance Demonstrates journeyman-level proficiency in one or more of the following specialties: Small engine repair Performs fabrication, welding, cutting, or component reconstruction when needed Fleet/automotive repair Diesel engine repair Fabrication and welding Electrical or hydraulic systems § Able to read, write, and complete repair orders, documentation, and inspection forms ASE Certification (preferred) Performs diagnostics on engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and related components Troubleshoot mechanical issues and resolve them within reasonable time frames Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to active job sites § Professionally represents Executive, LLC at all times § Operates plow trucks, loaders, and specialized snow‑removal equipment. Winter Season Operations All employees and field managers are expected to participate in snow removal operations as needed and at management's direction. This aligns with our "all hands" policy, which boots dedicated snow operations roles with additional bandwidth as needed, especially during severe winter events. Compensation Package Base Salary Hourly $35
