What You'll Be Doing (the good stuff) Diagnostics using modern scan tools (Autel, Launch, Tech2, VCDS, etc.) Engine work including valve jobs on 4, 6, and 8-cylinder engines Brakes, suspension, alignments A/C diagnostics and service Full-spectrum repairs across Euro, Asian, and Domestic vehicles We're open to A, B, or strong C-level techs who are motivated and want to grow. What We're Looking For 3+ years experience preferred (we also welcome strong grads from Lincoln Tech, BOCES, etc.) Solid diagnostic mindset and scan tool confidence Team player (no lone wolves or ego battles here) Honest communicator Willingness to learn and step into bigger challenges over time Why This Shop?
