• Be able to travel to a defined geographic area and inspect vehicles at local dealerships and repair facilities
• Collaborate with technicians to verify vehicle repairs and prepare detailed reports
• Take photos and videos of malfunctioning components
• Submit reports outlining the causes of failures and supporting claims
