Automotive Technician:
About the Opportunity If you are a high-performing technician, you already know your worth. You are likely the go-to person in your current shop for "nightmare" electrical issues, complex drivability diagnostics, and advanced mechanical repairs. What We Offer Top Talent Premium Compensation:
$30.00 - $50.00+ per hour (highly competitive, based on experience, production capability, and certifications).
True Work-Life Balance:
Monday through Friday schedule only. No weekends. We believe elite performance requires proper rest and time with family.

High Performer Looks Like Here Diagnostic Skills:
5+ years of professional experience with advanced electrical troubleshooting, complex drivability issues, and deep mechanical repair across various makes and models.
Credentials:
ASE Master Technician Certification is highly preferred (or a proven track record and the drive to complete it with our funded training).
Efficiency & Pride:
A strong work ethic focused on high efficiency without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. You do the job right the first time.
Tech-Forward Mindset:
Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and modern shop management software to document findings clearly.
Team Leadership:
