Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist in the automotive paint and supply industry. In this role, you'll assist customers, answer questions, process phone orders, and support daily office operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can handle a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong communication skills will help you succeed while building great relationships with customers and coworkers. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders and questions Process invoices and orders using QuickBooks Work closely with team members to coordinate orders and inventory Learn product lines and part numbers (training provided) Maintain organized workflow in a busy office setting Experience Previous office or administrative experience in a customer service environment is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Proficiency with computer literacy and QuickBooks is advantageous Pay negotiable upon experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Work Environment Fast-paced customer service environment. Upbeat family orientated atmosphere Smoke-free facility and grounds; smoking and vaping are not permitted on company property.
