Full-time, day shifts, year-round work Job Overview JCruz Express Inc, a FedEx contractor, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician / Medium Duty Truck Mechanic to support our delivery fleet operations who specialize in preventative maintenance and repairs for medium- and light-duty gas/desiel vehicles. We're looking for a skilled, reliable mechanic who can keep our fleet running efficiently with strong diagnostic abilities, hands-on repair experience, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.) Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Service and repair diesel and gasoline engines Repair or replace faulty electrical and mechanical components Use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and power tools safely Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Coordinate with operations team regarding vehicle readiness Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of electrical systems and powertrain components Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour(Based on experience)
