Turner Auto Care is looking for an exceptional Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. This role is much more than answering phones and writing estimates. We're looking for someone who can create an outstanding customer experience, guide customers through important vehicle decisions, manage shop workflow, and help keep our entire operation running smoothly. The right person is equally comfortable helping a customer understand a repair recommendation, coordinating with technicians and parts suppliers, and managing a fast-paced day when priorities change by the minute. Some days are incredibly busy, while others allow time to follow up with customers, strengthen relationships, and improve processes. Success in this role requires adaptability, initiative, and a genuine desire to help people. This is not a receptionist or customer service representative position. We're looking for someone who can build customer relationships, confidently present recommendations, take ownership of workflow, and help keep the team moving forward.

Prepare and present repair and maintenance recommendations. Explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Help customers prioritize repairs and maintenance based on safety, reliability, and budget. Follow up on declined work and future service needs. We believe recommending needed repairs or maintenance isn't selling—it's serving customers and helping them make informed decisions.
Helping Lead Daily Shop Operations:
Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts suppliers. Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the day. Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow. Order parts and communicate with vendors. Help keep the entire team moving efficiently and productively This role helps steer the ship. We're looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, stays organized, and enjoys helping a team succeed.
Who We're Looking For:
You may be a great fit if you: Love working with people and building relationships. Have strong customer service and communication skills. Are comfortable discussing estimates and repair recommendations. Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed. Adapt well to both extremely busy days and quieter periods. Enjoy working as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous automotive service advisor experience. Automotive industry experience. Experience with point-of-sale, scheduling, or shop management software.
