Pay Range:
$18.00

00 per hour based on experience Why This Position Stands Out This role combines customer service, cashiering, administrative support, and loaner fleet coordination within a fast-paced automotive service department. Ideal candidates will thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy helping customers while keeping operations organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities Manage daily loaner fleet operations and vehicle availability Maintain registration, inspection, and maintenance schedules for all loaner vehicles Ensure loaner agreements are accurate, current, and properly documented Monitor open loaner contracts and provide weekly aging reports to management Coordinate guest loaner vehicle pick-up and drop-off services Work closely with valets to ensure vehicles are cleaned and sanitized Manage tolls, tickets, fuel reconciliation, and billing records Maintain accurate records within the TSD fleet management system Process customer payments including cash, credit cards, and checks Close repair orders and ensure service documentation is complete Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Provide clerical and administrative support to the service and parts departments Assist with phone coverage and customer communication Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous automotive dealership, cashiering, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping abilities Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude Basic computer and data entry skills required Ability to work flexible retail/service department hours including Saturdays Employee Benefits βœ… Medical & Dental Insurance βœ… 401(k) Retirement Plan βœ… Paid Time Off βœ… Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts & Service βœ… Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Coverage βœ… Supplemental Life Insurance βœ… Career Growth Opportunities βœ… Professional Development Assistance βœ… Employee Recognition Programs If you are looking to build a long-term automotive career with a respected dealership group that invests in its employees, apply today!
