In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers, keeping their vehicles in top condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity for technicians passionate about automotive repair and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines. Execute maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and alignments to keep vehicles running smoothly. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts with precision. Repair and calibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to ensure safety features operate correctly. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and electronic control modules. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including wheel alignments and suspension work. NYS Inspector's license Ability to work with various hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment safely and effectively. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid automotive technician certification or equivalent experience; ASE certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
