Position Overview As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience, communicating vehicle repair needs, coordinating repairs, and building lasting customer relationships. Your automotive knowledge, communication skills, and customer-focused mindset will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, dealership growth, and your earning potential. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience Explain maintenance recommendations, repair procedures, and estimates clearly Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely vehicle repairs Prepare service write-ups, estimates, repair orders, and invoices Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs Promote services such as: Oil Changes Tire Rotations Wheel Alignments Brake Services Suspension Repairs Transmission Services Fluid Maintenance Services Accurately process payments and maintain service records Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction Help customers keep their vehicles operating safely and efficiently Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer Satisfaction (CSI) focused mindset Experience with service writing and estimating software preferred Automotive repair and maintenance knowledge strongly preferred What We Offer High-volume service department with excellent earning potential Competitive compensation package Paid training and continuous development Career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership team invested in your success State-of-the-art facilities and equipment Stable and growing organization Opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career Why Crestmont Auto Group?
