Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ford Master Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive systems, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ford vehicles. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations. Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines for quality and efficiency. Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Ford Master Certified Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Ford vehicles.
