Listen carefully to the customer's concerns, document accurately, and communicate with the team. Provide exceptional customer service and have a desire to build strong customer relationships. Determine and recommend vehicle repairs to customers professionally, with a focus on the value of the repairs. Estimate the cost and repair time of auto repairs. Frequently monitor the progress of customers' vehicles and keep customers updated on their progress.
